At P'LAY, many of our products are personalised and made especially for you. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Personalised Items

Because personalised products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for personalised items due to:

Change if mind

Incorrect spelling or details entered by the customer

Incorrect colour or design selection made at checkout

Please ensure all personalisation details are checked carefully before completing your purchase. We personalise items exactly as entered. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Damaged

Or incorrectly personalised due to an error on our part 

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item 

We will happily offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Personalised Items 

Non- personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused

In original condition

In original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns unless faulty.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank. 

Shipping costs are not able to be refunded.
